Quote requests do not guarantee service
A quote request does not guarantee availability, service, or pricing. NECC reviews the property, scope, condition, timing, and availability before confirming. Use “Request a Quote,” not booking language that implies an automatic reservation.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling for confirmed services follow the terms in your signed service agreement with NECC. Contact us as early as possible when you need to change a scheduled visit.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate information on forms and not to submit malicious content, spam, or others' personal data without authorization. Do not submit alarm codes, door codes, or other highly sensitive credentials through public forms.
Testimonials and photographs
Content on this site that depicts client properties or quotes client feedback is used with permission where required. Unauthorized use of NECC logos, photographs, or written content is prohibited. NECC owns or licenses the original website content, branding, and photographs it publishes.
No card numbers in ordinary forms
Do not enter credit or debit card numbers into quote or contact forms. Secure payment, when offered, will use a reputable payment processor — never an ordinary website form.
Independent contractor applications
The Join Our Team form is for screening only. Submitting an application does not create employment or a contractor relationship. Sensitive tax and identity documents are not collected through that form.
Website content
Service descriptions are informational. Actual scope, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed in writing by NECC. We may update website content at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NECC is not liable for damages arising from use of this website or reliance on website content alone. Cleaning services are governed by separate agreements.
